Mudra The Art of living

In the historic Navigli Area of Milan MUDRA is a place of disciplines of holistic wellness, natural food, dance and arts world.

From the original idea of Marco and Maya, creative and innovative couple of Air signs, a creation of a center where the well-being of body, mind and spirit are united in a comprehensive holistic approach to spread a lifestyle that includes natural and conscious various aspects of life.

Marco and Maya for several years followed a path common spiritual and holistic working in the field to spread the teachings and practices of some of the most ancient traditions of Indian culture.
Marco has spent several years looking inward, to the study of vegetarian and vegan combining his passion for photography and music.
Both were inspired by India, by the principles of nature, Ayurveda and the words of Mahatma Gandhi: "Our daily lives can never be separated from spiritual component. Both act and react with each other. "

This project united their hearts and their passions, creating a place where people can feel nurtured, cared for with love and where to live in harmony even in a big city like Milan.

MUDRA Natural Cafe & MUDRARTE are located in the characteristic Piazza XXIV Maggio, and is structured on two floors. Natural ground floor cafe, juice bar, organic food and tea room on the first floor holistic, yoga, meditation, arts and dance from the world of wellness.

A natural MUDRA cafe are served recipes Glisber ® natural, organic vegetarian dishes, smoothies and ayurvedic smoothies, herbal tea and natural, organic and vegan cakes, coffee and cappuccino with soy milk or cream of rice cream, cakes natural tasty and prepared from natural ingredients. Also serves for celiacs and people with food intolerances.

MUDRARTE organizes traditional Tantric yoga, meditation, mantra yoga, wellness disciplines, dance meditation, DEVI DANCE ® "dance of the goddess within" Indian folk & classical dances, Gypsy Fusion Dance and Egyptian belly dancing, flamenco and contemporary fusion , dance performances and cultural events and art. Also
offers seminars and international stage with dancers and yoga workshops with Indian spiritual Masters.

MUDRA cafe is not only natural and holistic, but also a cultural space for presentations, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, courses and work experience of dance, music, world cultures and events. Also on weekends the space turns into MUDRARTE, offering oriental and of course happy hour with music and dance performances of live natural and Sunday brunch buffet.
